Billing

Bills are sent out the last of each month and are due on the 10th of the next month.  If you have a change of address please notify us as soon as possible.  If you do not receive your bill in the mail you will need to call or come in, your monthly bill is still due on the 10th of the month.  Failure to receive bill or late noice does not exempt you from paying bill, penalty or having service disconnected.

Penalty

If payment is not in the office by the end of the working day on the 11th of the month, a 10% penalty will be added on the 12th.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, or money order in the office during office hours.

Online

Southeastern Water Association customers can now pay their water bill online.  Pay Your Bill Online

Mail

Please mail in time for us to receive bill before due date or all penalties will apply.

Drop Box

We have a drop box to the right side of the building.  Please attach the small stub of your bill to your check or money order with a paperclip or envelope to assure proper credit to your account.  Please do not put cash in the drop box, as we will not be responsible for cash left in the drop box.

Automatic Bank Draft

We offer automatic bank draft.  You will still receive your bill in the mail, it will say (memo bill, do not pay).  We send the file to the bank and the bank debits the amount you owe from your checking account on the 1oth of the month.  If the 10th is on a weekend it will be taken out the Friday before.  Please contact the office for more information, or visit our office to sign up.

Citizens National Bank

You can pay your bill at any Citizens National Bank through the 8th of the month. This is a free service. You do not need to have an account with Citizens, but you must bring your bill card.
